Yesterday I walked down from Tushita, the Buddhist meditation centre nestled in the peaceful forest, and back into…

…the hustle and bustle of Mcleodganj breaking what was 10 introspective and emotional days of meditation, teachings in Buddhism and silence.

I had no real expectations of great realisations or meditative breakthroughs, which was good because I did not have any. What’s that saying… “You don’t always get what you want, but you always get what you need.” Well I think I got exactly what I needed.

So I’m going to leave it there. Below are some pictures of the beautiful silence that is Tushita Meditation Centre.
